Return & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a strict 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
RETURNS CANNOT BE MADE ON CUSTOM ITEMS.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at thebluedarling@yahoo.com with the following details:
1. Order Reference: ORDER #
2. Return/Refund/Exchange reason - detailed explanation of your request.
3. Contact information
All orders sent in for a refund within the valid return timeframe will be refunded minus a $7.50 handling and service fee. All original shipping fees are nonrefundable. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the credit to show.
* Please keep in mind we do not accept returns or replace items that show aging. For more information on how to properly care for your jewelry, please refer to our jewelry care section.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately we don't offer product exchanges. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have to corresponding return address on the package, and once the return is accepted you will receive a confirmation email stating the status of your refund at which point you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Do you offer product repairs?
If your items breaks within 60 days of delivery, you can send it back and we will repair it, on us. We are not responsible for any shipping costs regarding the repairs or replacements. In order to process a repair or replacement we need the receipt or your order confirmation and a photo of the damaged good.

Sale Items
There are no exchanges or returns on sale items.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Email us at thebluedarling@yahoo.com with your issue and we will help you as soon as possible. Damaged items need to be returned to us in order to get them repaired or exchanged.
How do I find my order number?
You will receive an order confirmation email containing all the details of your purchase to the same email address used to make the purchase. (Be sure to check your spam folder as the emails may have redirected there.) You can find your order number located in that confirmation email.
